I work from my garden room in Clapton (easy walking distance from Hackney Central and Hackney Downs overground stations). There is no free parking but there is paid parking with meters nearby. Bus numbers 38, 253, 254, 106, 55 and 56 all have stops close to Hackney Therapy Shed.
